How to choose a club-based FPL name
Use your favourite club
A club-based name works well when most members of your mini-league know which team you support.
Use a player who is likely to stay
Avoid building the entire identity around a player facing an uncertain transfer.
Keep it readable
Short names display better in league tables, screenshots and shared winner cards.
Avoid copying your rival
The best mini-league names become part of the competition's identity. A distinctive name is more memorable than the fifth version of the same popular pun.
