The most interesting latest additions
Khalaili at £5.0m DEF is notable because his real-world winger/wide role can create an unusual FPL classification opportunity, but managers must first establish whether he starts.
Gourna-Douath at £5.0m MID is more likely to appeal through minutes and defensive contributions than attacking output.
Benda at £4.5m GK needs a clear Nottingham Forest goalkeeper hierarchy before becoming an option.
Other post-launch names whose FPL case improved
Tzolis (£6.5m) is now expected to start GW1 after two Community Shield assists. Sangare (£5.5m) scored in Brentford's 7-0 final friendly and has a strong defensive-contribution profile. Tzolakis (£4.5m) made his Hull debut in their latest friendly.
How to use the tracker
A new FPL entry is not a recommendation. Check price, position, starting role, fitness, set pieces, fixtures and squad competition. The official price is useful only after the minutes question is answered.

OneFPL verdict
The tracker is now current through the 17 August FPL additions. The most important immediate actions are to reassess Tzolis and Sangare using final-friendly roles, and to watch Khalaili's classification/minutes because a defender playing high up the pitch can become especially valuable.
FAQ
Who was added to FPL on 17 August?
Lucas Gourna-Douath (£5.0m MID), Anan Khalaili (£5.0m DEF) and Steven Benda (£4.5m GK).
Is every new player a good FPL pick?
No. Price and classification matter only when combined with secure minutes and a useful role.
Why is Khalaili interesting?
He has been classified as a £5.0m defender despite being a wide player, so his real tactical role deserves monitoring.
